Birdscape Studio — Shipping & Delivery Policy
Thank you for choosing Birdscape Studio to bring the beauty of nature into your home! We are proud to manufacture and fulfill our physical canvas prints straight from our USA-based production facility. Please review our shipping practices, delivery timelines, and destination constraints below.
1. Shipping Destinations & Limitations
  • USA Only: We ship physical products exclusively to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally, nor do we ship to US Territories or international military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) at this time.
  • If an international address is accidentally entered or bypassed during checkout, the order will be automatically canceled and fully refunded.
  • Note: Digital downloads are delivered electronically and are available to buyers anywhere in the world.
2. Shipping Costs
  • Free Standard Shipping: We are delighted to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all physical, unframed canvas print orders shipped within the United States. There are no hidden handling fees or order minimums.
3. Fulfillment & Delivery Timelines
Because we care about premium gallery quality, all of our unframed canvas prints are custom-made to order. Your shipping timeline consists of two parts:
  • Production Time (Fulfillment): It takes 3 to 5 business days for our USA factory to print, cut, quality-check, and safely package your custom canvas.
  • Transit Time (Shipping): Once your art leaves our facility, standard delivery via major domestic carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) typically takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your location.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: Most customers receive their beautiful nature prints within 6 to 12 business days from the date the order was placed.
    (Please note: Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays).
4. Packaging Safety
To ensure your artwork arrives in pristine, gallery-grade condition, all of our unframed canvases are meticulously handled:
  • Canvases are gently rolled with a protective layer to prevent ink scratching.
  • They are sealed securely inside a heavy-duty, crush-resistant shipping tube.
  • Upon arrival, simply unroll your print onto a clean, flat surface. It will naturally flatten out, completely ready to be placed inside your favorite standard-size frame or hung with modern poster clips.
5. Order Tracking
  • The moment your order is packed and handed over to the shipping carrier, an automated email containing your tracking number and tracking link will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking details online.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
  • Please carefully review your delivery information before finalizing checkout. Birdscape Studio is not responsible for shipments that are lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
  • If a package is returned to our facility due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-ship the item.
