  • Made-to-Order Production: You acknowledge that all physical canvas prints are custom made-to-order through our third-party manufacturing partners. Slight variations in color tones may occur between digital screens and printed matte canvas surfaces.
  • Pricing Updates: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
  • USA-Only Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our physical products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction within the United States.
3. Intellectual Property & Digital License (Personal Use Only)
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and artwork designs, is the exclusive property of Birdscape Studio and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
  • Digital File License: When you purchase a Digital Download (Printable Art File) from Birdscape Studio, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for Personal Use Only.
  • Strict Restrictions: You DO NOT own the commercial rights to the artwork. You explicitly agree that you will not:
    1. Resell, redistribute, share, sub-license, or give away the digital files to anyone else.
    2. Upload the digital files to public cloud drives, social networks, or file-sharing forums.
    3. Print the artwork onto physical merchandise (such as canvases, t-shirts, mugs, or posters) to sell for commercial profit.
    4. Use the designs to create derivative digital assets or modified artwork for commercial sale.
  • Any unauthorized commercial reproduction or redistribution constitutes direct copyright infringement and will be pursued legally to the fullest extent of the law.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
5. Third-Party Payment Processors
Payments on our storefront are securely securely processed using third-party financial checkout systems, including PayPal.
  • Your transaction data is governed by the respective privacy policies and terms of service of those payment providers.
  • When purchasing via PayPal, charges will appear on your bank or credit card statement under our designated billing descriptor: PAYPAL * BIRDSCAPEST (or truncated variation thereof).

Birdscape Studio does not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall Birdscape Studio, our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Birdscape Studio operates.
